Jonathan Grimmett

Jonathan Grimmett was born and raised in Pauls Valley. Upon high school graduation, he attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a BA in Economics in 1989. He subsequently graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Master in Business Administration in 1991. After working in the bank technology field for several years, he returned to PVNB in 1994 as a loan officer. He has been married to Mylaine for over 30 years and they have raised 4 children in Pauls Valley. Jonathan is currently the fourth generation to serve as President and CEO of Pauls Valley National Bank.

I have been in banking for over 48 years.  I have been with PVNB for 9 years.  I love my job and love where I work. 

Danielle Caldwell

I grew up in Paoli, after graduating HS went on to East Central University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance.  Then started working for a bank as a part-time teller and moved my way up as a lender, where I worked for 20 years.  I moved over to PVNB in April of 2024 and have loved working here and getting to know everyone. I have 3 children, Madi is playing golf for Murray State College, Jessie is in 8th grade at PV and Kieran is in 7th grade at PV.  My husband grew up in PV and works at the refinery in Wynnewood as a maintenance supervisor.
